Noise Nuisance

Dragonfly Acoustics can provide assistance if you are suffering because of a noise nuisance or have been served with an abatement notice.
We have significant experience working with noise nuisance problems, both assisting complainants and those in receipt of a noise abatement notice for statutory noise nuisance.
If you have received a noise abatement notice Dragonfly Acoustics can advise on responding to an abatement notice and advise you on the process. As experienced acoustic consultants we can advise on noise control measures to comply with the requirements of a noise abatement notice.
If you believe you are suffering from a noise nuisance our consultants can help you deal with your problem. From liaising with the Local Authority to helping you proceed with a private prosecution we can assist every step of the way.
The first step would almost always be a basic assessment of the noise problem followed by an open and frank discussion of the facts of the case and what you, as the client, are hoping to achieve. Where we agree that a noise nuisance can be substantiated we will move to act on your behalf. We will not act and, more importantly, not charge any further fees if we do not think the case can be won.
